The general areas, such as the living room and dining area, were spacious yet intimate, perfect for spending time with family or relaxing after a day of exploring. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the cottage was. There were no stairs to climb and the doorways were wide enough for me to navigate with ease.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people like myself, it would be to have some assistance available from the children working there. Not that I wouldn't mind doing things independently, but having someone knowledgeable to help us older folks with any questions or concerns would have been greatly appreciated.
